Return/Exchange PolicyOur Returns/Exchange Policy is Simple:
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of the following items for a refund: - any book in its original condition - any unopened music CD, cassette tape, or VHS tape - any other merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories - any faulty merchandise, such as a VHS tape, which we will verify for damage prior to processing your return. Damage claim merchandise must have been damaged prior to your receipt of it. If damages were caused by misuse/abuse, a refund will not be allowed. Shipping fees may not be refundable. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Chajonshim. You can also cancel unshipped items by contacting us at Chajonshim@aol.com Returning Puzzle Mats: Puzzle mats which are unopened and unused my be returned, but are subject to a 35% restocking charge. This fee is based on the manufacturer's return policy. Opened and/or used mats may not be returned unless they qualify for the manufacturers limited warranty. For a copy of this warranty, please contact us. Returning All Other Items: Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number, your name and address, and the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address: Returning Gifts: We are happy to accept returns of gifts within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a gift certificate refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. Be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift. (Don't worry--we won't let them know about your return.) Refunds Notification: We will notify you via e-mail (if included) of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Exchanges: Exchanges may be made on merchandise you have purchased from Chajonshim Martial Arts Supply. -If we made an error just send the item back to us with a note stating the error and the desired merchandise. -If you accidentally selected the wrong merchandise and need to exchange it, you may do so as long as the conditions mentioned for returned merchandise are met. Please note that you will be charged again for shipping costs if the return is not a result of our error. -If you received a gift and would like to exchange it, you may do so as long as the conditions mentioned for returned merchandise are met. Please note that you will be expected to pay shipping costs if the reason for exchange is not a result of our error. ORDER REFUSAL POLICIES: Please contact us for returns and exchanges. Refusal of your shipment (either domestic or international orders, will result in further fees (all fees associated with your shipment refusal) charged to the credit card you used to place your order or deducted from any refund amount due you.
